Spring Property Inspections & Deck Maintenance
With spring approaching, please be advised that the Board will soon be walking the property to inspect front porches and decks. These inspections are to identify any maintenance or repair needs.
We would also like to remind all owners that painting and maintenance of both the front deck and back porch are the owner's responsibility. Please take time to inspect your areas and address any peeling, fading, or damage.

Building Repairs — Update from the Board
As of July 20, 2026, the new board has made the decision to pause the painting and gutter projects until the extent of repairs needed on the buildings has been fully determined.
The board's current focus is on obtaining bids to assess what repairs are required before pursuing painting and gutter work. This ensures that all work is done in the right order and protects the long-term integrity of the buildings.
What this means for owners:
Painting and gutter projects will most likely be scheduled for Spring 2027, to be determined once repair assessments are complete.
Updates will be shared in the Owner Documents folder as they become available.
