Spring Reminders
With spring approaching, please be advised that the Board will soon be walking the property to inspect front porches and decks. These inspections are to identify any maintenance or repair needs.
We would also like to remind all owners that painting and maintenance of both the front deck and back porch are the owner’s responsibility. Please take time to inspect your areas and address any peeling, fading, or damage.

Summer Reminders
We are currently taking bids for the building paint job. Once we receive the bids, we will share them in the Owner Documents section of the portal.
If multiple bids are received, we will send out a digital form for you to review and select your preference.
